Yeah the vote totals on NPR showed overwhelming left vote.
The only places I can see that for and not by crazy margins is like Lyndhurst, maybe Paramus and Hackensack. Maybe North Arlington too.
I'm not familiar with all of the other communities demographics, but Bergen County as a whole is rather suburban, people with money and property with conservative values.
I live in the area haha. I remember the Trump donation map that doxxed Trump donations. Even Kearny in Hudson County had a surprising amount of Trump donations. Harrison not so much, North Arlington had considerably more, Lyndhurst. Rutherford already more.
And not everyone who votes republican donates to campaigns so for every person donating there are many more people who simply vote.

Lyndhurst and NA definitely didn’t go blue; if they did I would be shocked. Paramus and Hackensack — maybe. But Bergen has been reliably blue forever.
