I can't find a picture of Biden on the VC-25a Air Force One. He only files on the C-32

What's the difference? I don't think the C-32 has all the Nuclear Command and Control features of the VC-25A. Biden is also the only President I've seen who doesn't ride in the larger 747-type aircraft.

Trump flew out of DC in inaugoration day on the VC-25A while they made Biden take a charter aircraft. They didn't even send a C-32. This goes against tradition where the President Elect typically rides Air Force 1 (The VC-25A) into DC on Jan 20th.
