I guess it depends on what you stand to gain, or lose? Don’t consider it “running” if your options stand to gain? Also, standing your ground somewhere if there’s nothing to gain, and you’ve already lost much of your foundations isn’t getting you anywhere. Sometimes change is good, and on occasion taking that chance & reaching for the gold is admirable. The division between your states, as it is here will take some time to repair and it won’t be easy. I myself left a liberal stronghold for a conservative one in much your same circumstances and haven’t looked back. It’s your call of course, just another set of eyes here trying to help.
