It is categorically false to call "antisemitism" the "world's oldest bigotry." For much of human history, what is today known as the Jewish People did not exist. The "world's oldest bigotry" can perhaps be glimpsed in the interactions of hominids such as Cro-Magnon, Neanderthals, and other primitive primates that periodically perpetrated genocide against each other. Mike Pompeo seems to be speaking from within a stronghold of willful ignorance when he makes this sort of myopic, ahistorical, and politically expedient assertion.
Alright, alright, but [WHO] got the cave people fighting amongst themselves in the first place? Have you seen 2001 A Space Odyssey? You know, the film where a big black sentient movie screen (The Monolith) starts off the whole trajectory? 🤔
Only half serious in any chastisement of your comment. It's perfectly OK to interchange "history" with "modern history" in the context of a tweet, IMHO.
So let's address Pompeo's statement through the lens of modern history. Is he incorrect? Yes or no, what might he be implying? Is it metaphorical or literal? What did Q say about Israel? What was the reason Q stated? Would a "metaphor" give one more insight into interpreting Q's statement?
OP did a great job with his submission topic, IMHO. Let's hope we're nearing the end game.

You're gunna have to break that down into smaller words for people like me....
He isn’t ignorant. What are Jews? Who is Israel?
Christ is the True Vine.
Jesus, yes. But who are the Jews He spoke of?
