If we have a big potential financial collapse (#GME) PLUS a big die off from vax injuries or some other China virus super strain mutation, I don’t think blackrock is going to be able to be buying up massive amounts of real estate at their current rate. But I’m also a retard.

Hopefully we’re the ones who will be buying up all the real estate.
