Your position if I'm reading you right, is that because the contents on this site are moderated that it cannot be free speech.
I disagree, its protecting others right to their free speech in regards to a certain topic, (for example Q), without having 'trumphater123' or 'antifa-tendies' spamming anything they like and completely derail anyone's ability to have a discussion about a topic
Now it would be different if we met out on the street right?
You can say what ever you like in a PUBLIC forum, because it is OPEN to the public for general discussion.
This board is about free speech, it's about our right to be able to discuss Q.
Doesn't mean you can just say anything without consequences, after all, it's not a limit on what you can say, it's keeping the subject in focus.
Because if we did your way than every random post should be left up, no matter the contents.
But who's free speech are you protecting then?
Certainly not the free speech of the people who want to discuss Q without having to discuss things outside of Q, time and place for any subject right?
Don't forget, there is your rights as well as my rights. They don't to cancel each other out.
