My question is who developed this "game"? Was it Patriots trying to get the word out to normies? Or was it sick pedophile freaks trying to normalize such abhorrent behavior?

Not sure that's a question that will ever get answered. There's also the school of thought that says their satanic religion requires disclosure of their pending misdeeds. The Bible talks about inviting evil in. Do these two things go hand in hand? Evil has to wrap their evil in something that seems good and desireable, so you'll willingly participate in (or at least, accept) it?
