I've been meaning to buy a MyPillow for a while now, but unsure which firmness I should get.
There is the guide, but due to periodic neck issues I often wake up with a headache. Currently I sleep with one of those foam ergonomic pillows with the dip in it, but will sleep with no pillow for a stretch as the neck issue typically lasts for a short time.
Any who, now that I've TMI'd yall, hoping to find out how thin is the Premium/Giza Elegance "least fill", or "medium" for the Classic.
Thanks!
Edit: Not so much the thinness per say, but more how much it compresses when you lay your head down to sleep.
Well, it's kind of a weird thing. It started about 20 years ago, where back then I always slept with thick if not double pillows. Out of the blue I was waking up with splitting headaches, which never having had migraines I'm guessing they were/are. This would go on for a few days to a week or so, and then I'd be fine for awhile. So over the course of a couple years of this happening periodically, I found out if I slept with a single/thinner pillow I was fine. I've also gone through periods where I have to sleep with no pillow.
While it still occurs occasionally, the headaches aren't nearly as bad now, plus I've discovered Excedrin lol
But my pillow, I sleep on it upside down with the larger lobe between my mattress and the wall with the smaller lobe under my neck. I came across this way during a period of morning headaches and have just stuck with it now.
Otherwise though I don't have any neck issues, and really the only reason I use the swoop pillow is my sister bought it, didn't like it, gave it to me and was thinner than my other pillow which was a thicker memory foam pillow with a gel cushion. Really comfy, but terrible when my neck acted up.
Appreciate the input. probably just stick with what I got for now being I don't particularly need a new pillow ATM. It was fricking Bannon and his WarRoom advertising the latest sale on em lol.
