I've been meaning to buy a MyPillow for a while now, but unsure which firmness I should get.
There is the guide, but due to periodic neck issues I often wake up with a headache. Currently I sleep with one of those foam ergonomic pillows with the dip in it, but will sleep with no pillow for a stretch as the neck issue typically lasts for a short time.
Any who, now that I've TMI'd yall, hoping to find out how thin is the Premium/Giza Elegance "least fill", or "medium" for the Classic.
Thanks!
Edit: Not so much the thinness per say, but more how much it compresses when you lay your head down to sleep.
I use the regular, non firm pillow. Honestly the best pillow I’ve ever tried. I use to work at a furniture store, tried a variety of high end memory foam pillows at home, nothing compared to this one. Soft, but supports your head still.
As for the for the compression, it does compress quite a bit. I have a memory foam mattress with a topper, soft, plush feel overall and I sink in a bit, so I needed something thin, the medium has the thinness I’ve been looking for. Firm might have been to stiff, and pushed my head up high. But I haven’t tried firm so I can’t say.
Hopefully this helps. :)
