With the upcoming flu season, I fear the sound of ambulances in my little enclave of people I have begun to know in my daily walks around the central block... I don't see too many doing the same; I was asked why I walk so much and I answered "heart health".

Just as an aside, I have been called to buy extra COq10 and black seed oil caps for the winter coming up.. among other things..
