They don't. It's called involuntary servitude; and it's illegal, it says so in the 13 amendment.

So the employers are forced(coerced) into working for the government with no pay whatsoever, only threats of penalties. Same with our taxes, the employer has no business being the middleman for the IRS.
How about, "When does the Federal government have the right to tell a private company what medical procedures employees must endure?"
