It won’t be coming from Trump. Remember in Q post it said that Trump will not be addressing the nation when shit starts to go down for the sake of optics. He will remain nuetral. My guess it will be coming from one of the military Twitter accounts, Navy already tweeted “Calm before the storm” a few days ago.
