it's animal comms. news unlock the map, remember. I dont have an idea what gifaffe decodes to, and there's not a lot of info out there.

it''s a tallest animal (higher up position?) that is related to deers (Y?) and cattle. Adult female giraffes are called cows (milking as in getting money from?)

needs more researching on other giraffe appearances in the news
