It is LUDICROUS to delete posts if you turn out to be incorrect. There is nothing wrong with being wrong. Being wrong and people finding out that something is wrong helps everyone. Being MAYBE wrong, and leaving the conversation alive allows for others with new evidence to show that you were not wrong.

We need to learn to stop trying to kill debate. The Truth is whatever the Truth is. It isn't determined by a mere rebuttal, but by the process of eternal debate that attempts to get closer and closer to it.
