Yep, I've been following them all for a few years now.
I'm not a believer in "terrain theory" either. It's only partially correct. Obviously, a kajillion times more correct than "germ theory", but not really correct. Neither "pathogenic, contagious germs" nor "toxins" nor "nutritional deficiencies" are the primary cause of dis-ease. Sure, sometimes toxins harm us, and sure, sometimes we're so deficient in a vitamin/mineral that we become ill (e.g. goiter/iodine or scurvy/Vitamin C). But these situations are rare in the grand scheme of things.
Most dis-eases, including all the biggies --- Cancers, heart disease, heart attack, pneumonia (lower respiratory dis-eases), diabetes ---- all the BIG killers and the vast majority of chronic diseases and mis-labeled "auto-immune disorders" are psychosomatic (soul-somatic) in origin.
In a nutshell, people cause their own suffering through long-term "wrong-thought" of one type or another.
All that being said, I'm a big fan of Dr. Kaufman. His advice is perfectly useful, if for nothing else, helping people improve their dietary intake, and is certainly one way people can shake off their "wrong thought" via believing whatever food or supplement can help them heal. It's all about new beliefs when you get right down to it.
