I was in one of those, for L.o.G too! Literally got thrown, haha. It was great.

I can count on one hand with fingers left over the number of times I have heard of someone being trampled to death/trampled to the point of injury at a big show. Been going to shows my whole life basically. I am baffled as to what's actually happening in this Travis Scott crowd, but it sure as shit isn't "crowd surges"...
