Thank you so much for this. I can follow most of this but not deny the Holy Spirit. I've been watching the Peggy Hall series. She also recommends notifying employer of invoking my title VII rights even tho the EEOC says it doesn't need to be there.
She said def dont say it's personal belief bc personal isn't protected but I have a right to have a guidance from the Holy Spirit that can oppose my church. I was going to cite Rom 12:2 not conforming to the world but taking captive every thought so I can test and approve through the Holy Spirit. That is actually what all 3 churches that I get sermons from encourage, take their words and test it against scripture. The Bible is my authority God's living word. And the Holy Spirit is def all through out. Beyond that I'll consider it harassment.
I love my job but then again likely shouldn't. The heathcare system is corrupt and maybe this is a way out. Regardless God not man is provider. That has been proven over and over this past year. But I truly thank you for your response as I was beside myself last night. Better today.
