While I fully support these actions, I am deeply concerned that Centers for Medicare services (CMS) issued a vaxx mandate effective 12/5 and do not provide for a testing option. This means that any Medicare provider, i.e. physicians, hospitals, clinics, therapy groups, Nursing Homes, hospice, and Home Health care are required to get 1st vax by 12/5. This mandate could substantially reduce our access to medical care. I am concerned that OSHA's mandate is overshadowing CMS.
