I'm trying to understand how this "ozone therapy" is delivered. The article refers to "Ozonated saline and/or ozone autohemotherapy infusions", so I guess this requires use of an IV? I'm not really sure.
I have drunk ozonated water before and find that very effective/refreshing. It has to be ice-cold and drunk quickly. That's easy to do at home because there are no needles, blood, etc.
I'm not sure where a person would go to get ozonated saline delivered by IV.
I have read about it before, and remember that it was delivered by injection and also by drip IV. You may be able to find practitioners by searching for integrative medicine doctors. I live in a large urban area, and was able to find practitioners that offer ozone therapy by searching ozone therapy on Google maps. I didn't use them, so don't have direct experience. But nebulized hydrogen peroxide is also mentioned in the article, seems more accessible, and you can find that methodology explained here on GA by searching.
