I have read about it before, and remember that it was delivered by injection and also by drip IV. You may be able to find practitioners by searching for integrative medicine doctors. I live in a large urban area, and was able to find practitioners that offer ozone therapy by searching ozone therapy on Google maps. I didn't use them, so don't have direct experience. But nebulized hydrogen peroxide is also mentioned in the article, seems more accessible, and you can find that methodology explained here on GA by searching.
