What do you mean by proven?

I think that's not how any of this works. Proof is for courts and tv crime dramas that solve crimes neatly in 60 minutes, minus advertisements.

In real life all you have is data analysis which is how the intelligence agencies know what they know.

You're going to have to figure out what you believe, and why, on your own.
