The DS isn't a passive actor in this. That is why there is a struggle between DS and Patriots going back and forth. Notice how the message is always contradictory or how they backtrack often with these actors aka politicians?

Innocent people are merely caught in the middle with the current conflict. Once you recognize it is not a conventional conflict that allows you to be prepared and have a stronger mindset.
