The technicalities of whether or not Biden was elected or not have become irrelevant. They installed him and he was sworn into office. Therefore Biden is president. Even if the military does know that Trump was elected and this is all a sham, Biden was sworn in and is therefore president.

He is only president of the US corporation though. He is not president of the republic.

As for Trump and vaccines, is he still pushing them? All I have ever heard from him is that getting vaccinated is a personal decision. He doesn't support mandates or anything. I am not defending Trump...

The EO's are being enforced because he was sworn in as president of the corporation. See above.
