Question regarding the timing of "the plan"

I am trying to be patient and have been but, does anyone have the slightest clue as to what will initiate the military part of the plan to save America and the world from the evil powers that be?

I'm of the unpopular opinion that the military being the only way was a veiled threat and that it won't actually come to that.
