Question regarding the timing of "the plan"

I am trying to be patient and have been but, does anyone have the slightest clue as to what will initiate the military part of the plan to save America and the world from the evil powers that be?

Military part had already been engaged - devolution.

The final part is the Storm - We The People - whistle blowers, law suits, FOIAs etc. I will still be organic because future needs to remember this as a win for the people by the people. Military is guiding us along to that point via devolution
