Russia did not ban abortions. Abortions are legal in Russia up to the 12th week of pregnancy.
Number 2 and 4 are the same story.
"Russia recognized the Geneva Consensus Declaration on Women’s Health and Protection of the Family that rejects abortion and upholds the “inherent right to life” on Nov. 3."
"Russian representatives joined 35 other signatory nations in marking one year since the declaration was first signed in Geneva, Switzerland."

You're misinterpreting this though. Russia signed the declaration, alongside 35 countries that do actually ban abortion. But it's just a declaration. It's not a law. The country itself did not ban abortions. It is legal there until the 12th week. The most recent abortion laws passed in Russia date to 2011.
I'm trying to give people accurate information. I'm doing my research. Why are you being hostile?
How do you interpret "Russia recognized the Geneva Consensus Declaration on Women’s Health and Protection of the Family that **rejects abortion and upholds the “inherent right to life” **
Russia "recognizing" the declaration isn't the same thing as Russia legally banning abortions. Recognizing an international declaration is purely symbolic. It has no legal standing.
