No, it isn't a shout out to other pedos.

It is more like laughing at us for being so clueless that they fill your kids show with pedophilia symbols but we are too dumb to know it.

That's their big thing - pretending, tricking, fooling. So Hollywood, the music industry, the fashion industry are hotbeds of Satanism, but also advertising and design.
