What's supposed to happen as we all hold firm and the world continues to demand a vax sacrifice? Soon enough we'll be so far behind that there cant really be plan for us to reasonably "catch up." What happens to the narrative?

Would be no different then when someone comes of age for their first shot in a year from now. They would be behind also.
