Robot voices inspire my skeptic mind. That said, this was better than most. Hopefully true and a strong disincentive.

Looks like fake news.

If it was a 'protected marine park' would it make sense to blow up a fishing ship full of pollutants, diesel, etc in the area? No, you would impound them and tow them away to be scrapped somewhere.

It makes for entertaining footage though.
