I was reading that people think he might be let off for illegal possession of a weapon in exchange for truthful testimony. You KNOW it’s not because they fear being charged for perjury.
I wouldn’t be surprised if eventually perjury in court is considered a 1st Amendment right.

Kyle should sue the hell out of anyone who's lies:
caused him to be indicted
or who's abuse of process/failure to protect evidence that could help the defense (FBI/destroyed very helpful-to-the-defense video).
Kyle should be aquitted and then he should get rich.
