I think Trump is happy that he managed to replace 95% of the dangerous batches with placebos, so he really has saved millions and millions of people. And the vax's that are left are mostly placebo, so he can happily push those.
I think there was no stopping this vaccine from being produced.
Imagine how evil Trump would look to the world if he discouraged the creation of a covid-19 vaccine. It had to be created. That's my theory at least.
He knew he would have to push the deep states vaccine as his own, and had to promote it because it was "his".
His words about how great they are, is irrelevant, if they are mostly/all placebos. He can't switch his position from the start, and at the start he had to be pro-vaccine.
I hate to imagine that trump is so grossly ill-informed on the vaccine, or knows it's deadly and there aren't placebos.
Well, what could he do? The best thing would be to replace as many death shots with placebo as possible.
(It looks like the article that said 5% of batches were responsible for 100% of the deaths is true, so this placebo theory could be very true. And something about no longer needed to store them in -70 degree containers from another article, which also leads to the placebo theory)

You misinterpret his meaning. The Vaccines did save lives. The vaccines saved the lives of Billions that would have been wiped out by all the different Covid strains the Chinese had prepared before Trump fast forwarded the vaccine. Trump or his admin also had no knowledge the Cabal/Fauci would in-turn do anything nasty to the vaccines. But they did on a lesser level than what was planned. The vaccines are wimpier, require more doses/boosters to do the damage. They are nothing compared to the strains of Covid that should’ve followed, the possible nuclear war, and possible Chinese invasion being plotted from Canada and Mexico. So, Trump is correct in stating his choice to speed the vaccines saved the half of the world population that was scheduled to be dead already! Wars have casualties and our’s were very very light! So suck it up and stop bitching! It’s better you’re here now than a historical statistic no one will care about.
