Yep. I know all about them. The Little Rock had to wait half the winter in Montreal because the bit of ice in the St Lawrence was too thick. Designed to be a world fighter yet can’t cruise cross an ocean. Was supposed to be mission changed in a few days yet revised to single mission type because of shot engineering.

Quite the design by committee pushed by politicians.
