Perhaps my mind is making crap up, but around March or April of 2020 I seem to remember a Q post telling us to keep an eye out for an O transforming into a Q or maybe vice versa.

I did a search for "q to o" and a search for "o to q" on the various q post aggregator sites and can't find any results. So perhaps the language is "Q transforms to O" but I can't find it.

This was when Trump was holding daily press briefings in the White House about the China Virus and I think the White House's official Twitter feed released a 30 second animated video about washing your hands to slow the spread. The text in the video would cycle through different characters (like the matrix screensavers) and sure enough a Q turned into an O.

Anyone else recall this or did I dream up the entire thing?
