Wow, I had to go to a UK news site just to see what happened:

The article says he was a TSgt, but that is not TSgt rank in his picture. He's a black dude with a Muslim and Hispanic name. Lots of 3's and 6's with the dates and numbers. Lots is suspicious details, like the nurses. All comns, am I right, Wulfy?
I would guess he is Hispanic with the last name of Santiago.
What I find odd is that the two US sites that I could find that actually covered this story contain precious little information on Santiago, yet the Daily Mail goes into quite a lot of detail. From past experience, I've found that the Daily Mail puts out lots of comms, so one can only assume a lot of this detail is comms.

Not sure where you're coming from with the TSgt rank, which is five stripes, unless you're looking at something else.

So, let's see what we can pull out of this....
He was 31 years old, mirrored = 13
He shot himself near a pool of water, water = information, man-made pool of calm water = stored information?
He died at 1:20 AM on 11/9, 1+2=3, mirrored = 9/11 = Sept. 11th. = FF
Was in the Air Force for more than 12 years, 1+2=3
Meaning of Kenneth Omar Santiago: Kenneth = fiery, Omar = "he that speaks", flourishing, long-lived, Santiago = Spanish for Saint James the Greater, patron saint of Spain.
Oddities: He had a gun inside DC, which is a gun-free zone. Hours before he posted to Facebook: photos, notes to family members, lengthy suicide note -- did no one read them in that amount of time and become alarmed??
"He added: 'It was a sickness of the mind that defeated me. Throughout my life I heard how much of a coward move it is to kill yourself. I would argue it took tremendous courage to pull the trigger, it's a scary process.'"
He wrote the above while he was still alive, yet the last sentence is written past tense, as though he was already dead. Did someone write this after the fact??
He asked to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery, but would he even qualify??
