That's what I was thinking. Either these people are not in control of their accounts or they are not in control of themselves.

I'm thinking it's understood that there's some kind of backdoor to both legitimate accounts, as well as bots, to the post the same thing en masse. Probably a script that posts 'x' message to 'y' number of accounts.
