I think they took the bait people!

Let's see if the Trump team comes back with:

PROVE to us that he's the incumbant, by providing ALL of the election related documentation the states are LEGALLY required to show as proof. If the states cannot provide ALL the documentation they cannot prove there was an election.

If they frame their argument around BIden holding office, then it would be submissible/relevant to discovery.
