After death comes judgment and you will pay for your sins, made to face the darkest aspects of yourself over and over again, and there is NO escaping death, as much as these people try to make themselves immortal. Judgment will come and it's not given by men but by God. Ghislaine probably knows that and I assume she worships Satan, too. Yet she then has to live a miserable life in prison, possibly getting attacked by other inmates. Never sure if someone is coming to suicide her that day. Knowing she will never be free again and can only wait for judgment day. That is emotional torture, instead of a swift death.

That is true. whatever she worships won't care about her now that she's no longer useful. so she'll have plenty of time to reflect on things.
