Woke up today (after a few days of sickness) and everything smells like smoke. On the off chance it's covid, what should I take? Where can I get it? Thanks in advance.

It's definitely not an electrical fire. It smells anywhere I go. Things like hot sauce still smell normal. However I also noticed my toothpaste smelled odd.
To add, my eyes were "flashing" last night which is concerning.
Thanks for the advice, I will keep this in mind.
I had this, they say it's what pneumonia smells like. Usually you smell if if you walk from inside to outside, or the other way around. I think it's a temperature difference in the air that causes it. I still can't quite describe what the smell is beyond it smells like medical waste.
I previously had Covid. I have a strange smell, like apple or cherry wood, everywhere I go. On and off throughout the day. Not a bad smell, but started after having Covid.
Here's what they say it is.

Hey Matthew, your additional symptom of flashing in the eyes concerns me. I have done medical advocacy for 4 elderly patients and 2 children and do medical research every day.
The 'flashing lights' in the eyes can mean a few things that may need immediate attention. They are:
Retinal Detachment
Optic Neuritis
Posterior Vitreous Detachment
Rubbing your eyes too hard
Additionally, flashing lights in the eyes + changing sense of smell can be a sign of a brain tumor in the temporal lobe.
My mother had a huge brain tumor that gave symptoms that the doctors kept misinterpreting. They treated her for everything else, and finally we just took her to the ER and said please give her a CT scan of the brain. They did, and we found the reason for all of her problems.
Her doctors said, "But, but, but, she never complained of 'flashing lights' or of visual disturbances or of blah, blah, blah, so therefore we didn't know...."
Yes, but she had lots of other symptoms that pointed to a brain tumor and because she was missing 'some' of the major symptoms, they missed it entirely.
DON'T WAIT ON THIS. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF YOU.
