Woke up today (after a few days of sickness) and everything smells like smoke. On the off chance it's covid, what should I take? Where can I get it? Thanks in advance.

If you've ruled out a small electrical fire in your house or a burnt Tupperware in the bottom of your dishwasher, your 'smells like smoke' comment makes me think either you have a sinus infection or an infected tooth.
Both can give off strange smells that seem foreign and that no matter where you go, there they are.
If you don't have a Neti pot, get one at the Walgreens or get a NeilMed sinus rinse kit. Buy plenty of salt packet refills + 2 gallons of distilled water.
Important: ONLY USE DISTILLED WATER
Use this to rinse your sinus 2-3 times per day. And do salt water gargles as far back in your throat as you can.
You might also order from Amazon that sinus spray called Xlear that has Xylitol + grapefruit seed extract. Studies show it can eradicate the CV-19 and other viruses.
Remember, that if your nose or throat stings when you are gargling or rinsing your sinus, that means you have an infection/inflammation brewing.
Keep doing the rinses until it no longer hurts. Then you know you are good to go.
It's definitely not an electrical fire. It smells anywhere I go. Things like hot sauce still smell normal. However I also noticed my toothpaste smelled odd.
To add, my eyes were "flashing" last night which is concerning.
Thanks for the advice, I will keep this in mind.
I previously had Covid. I have a strange smell, like apple or cherry wood, everywhere I go. On and off throughout the day. Not a bad smell, but started after having Covid.
Here's what they say it is.
