He just broke down in tears, reliving the nightly he was cornered by three felons, and and they had stop for 10 mins he was crying so bad. Why is he even on the stand ? They have thermal drone footage of the whole thing. This doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. He is doing well, I just don’t get it l.
11 of the jury are women and so it may be strategically this way to make an emotional argument.
Wtf why are 11/12 women? Seems like a stacked jury.
probably desperate to give his side for over a year poor kid. silly thing to take the stand on an almost perfect case but i get it.
