Doesn't matter.

What matters is she used a pizzagate reference because hot dogs are young men/boys used for sex.

She just implied that she liked to have sex with young men/boys along with Brian Williams.

Apparently they (media elites in this case) don't differentiate too much between straight and gay sex.
