You have to first change and publicly notify of your correct political status, as either an:
American State National ....or..... American State Citizen
This is the political status we all "THINK" we have, but have been deceived into agreeing to be "U.S. Citizens" or "US CITIZENS" or "Citizens of the United States", all of which designate your political status as a "Federal Employee" of the private, for-profit corporation known as "United States of America" or "UNITED STATES", both of which are NOT ->>> "The United States of America" (Capital "T" in "The").
You then have to notify the secretary of treasury of your change in status and then publicly post a notice of this to a county/land recording system.
After that, you'll need to educate yourself and learn all the tricks and deceptions the IRS employs in an effort to "Joinder" you back into unwittingly agreeing to be some form of a "U.S. Citizen". The list is long and highly deceptive. They'll almost certainly "come around" and try to re-attach to your "person" down the road, but if you understand their tricks, they're easy to get rid of.
This is the LAWFUL and CONSTITUTIONAL way to stop paying taxes. Something many in the past, like Irwin Schiff, did not yet understand. Schiff was correct in that it was unconstitutional to require an "American State Citizen/National", but he didn't realize that this was not the political status he was operating under.
Sadly, this is the effort you must go through. It's worth it, but it takes a significant amount of learning and understanding, as well as the kajones to remove yourself from the matrix. The deception runs far, wide and deep. If you don't understand it, you'll easily get sucked back in.
P.S. If you actually work for the federal government, active military, etc., then you still have to pay federal income taxes.
P.P.S - Practicing attorneys won't be able to help you with any of this. You have to BE (not "Re-Present") your self --- Man or Woman. Some former, non BAR card holding attorneys would be able to help if you feel the need. But it's a vastly superior choice to educate yourself.
