It seems like they're going for a twist on that scene in Soylent Green where the old guy gets euthanized. Instead of watching some film of the way things used to be, however, a well used whore (probably Kamala Harris ... she might do it at a discount for them) then snuffs you out by giving you the HIV. Between the vax AIDS and whore AIDS, you die almost instantly.
