Im Breaking: My country is offocially implementing a CovScan app for passes and tests with QR codes.
Going to lose my job. Ive managed to survive this long buying food, socialising, and working by photoshopping the dates on a PCR test (we've been required to have a test every 3 days).
Now thats no longer going to pass, everything digital with tests and passes both having QR codes. I cant go and buy food, I cant go to restaurants or bars with friends or family, I wont even be able to work.
I dont know what to do. PCR tests are €30 and even if I was okay with being lobotomized with a swab I cant afford €300/month on tests.
Things are looking bleak. I dont know what to do and the dark thoughts are creeping in. Pray for me pedes, hopefully the credits of this movie start rolling soon.
I have prayed for you, pede. Is there no recourse for you at all through the EU? No freedom, no autonomy over your body - no 'my body, my choice' equivalent?
I doubt it. The EU CovScan app was only implemented for "Travel" between member states but said each country can choose whether to include it domestically. Mine did.
Ugh. What is the mood of the people? Are most happy to go along? I don't know what recourse you might have. If there is a group of you, even just a few, perhaps you could pool your money and hire a lawyer? Does your country have a constitution? If so, read it and see what your rights are. It's shameful how many Americans don't know what freedoms their constitution guarantees for them. Not condemning, just wondering if it might be the same for you and your country. Are there any options to decline the vaxx based on religious or medical exemptions? In the US, the religious exemption pertains to any 'closely held belief' so you don't have to be a member of a particular religion, per se. I don't know, just spit-balling here, trying to think of things you might try. This really stinks and I feel for you, fren.
There was a lot of backlash originally back in March, but since we're a country that relies heavily on tourism most businesses relented during lockdowns and practically begged the government to open the country up again. Now they're all willing to do the bidding of the gov, especially since they risk getting fined if they have any unchecked patrons in their business.
We're a pretty corrupt country unfortunately (got caught giving Chinese and Russians citizenship/passports if they bought properties for over €1M) so I doubt the legal route is viable. We've also got quite an old population, most of whom still drive around in their cars alone with masks on.
Sad to read this. If you are single you could migrate somewhere. My last tip is buy GME stock and hope for financial markets crash.
Oh gee. Any chance of getting out altogether? I hate to suggest turning your back on your home country, but needs must and all that. If the absolute worst thing happens and you have to take the shot, at the very least, get the info on how to mitigate the damage it may cause. I think NAC and glutathione are both indicated, but don't take my word for it. Do a search. Even a search on this board should help. I'll pray for you, fren. I truly feel for you and I hope there is another way for you.

Haha, just watched the video. I've never seen a whole crowd like that do it, lol. Only the players on the field, dressed in black and looking intimidating as all get out. That's hilarious that the crowd did it. Love it.
