Yep, been scrambling and sharing all day - am involved (indirectly) in this lawsuit... it is already being appealed however.

I hope the precedent stands. The next step is to package up the ruling (Here: https://www.pacourts.us/assets/opinions/Commonwealth/out/297MD21_11-10-21.pdf?cb=1) and to push this to all parents in order to send to school boards/districts who think they have the authority to mask kids (they don't) with far less medical credentials than the DoH.
