the gun never crossed state lines, and even if it had, he was not selling or buying it. also he was not selling or buying a gun as someone underage. lefty logic, if it's illegal to sell something then it is illegal to own it. stupid.

Self defense is a natural right. anything that has to be provided to you by someone else cannot be a " right ", you can never have a right to be defended by a police officer.
