Hard to tell since there is a lot of institutional ownership and real estate is being used as a hedge against inflation, but I think with moratoriums ending and a depression looming it will likely go down in price. Especially if china or blackrock need capiral/liquidity/have trouble with margins.
States with governors favored by the CCP have pension funds heavily invested in Chinese stocks; California for certain. overpaid retirees may have bad news..
