My first thought is they were innocent victims of drive-bys and other violence.

That’s what I’m thinking ..but when he was saying the men have to stand up where are the fathers uncles etc ..I thought maybe they were missing ..you know how kids just disappear everyday and we never here about it ..probably drive bys though
