try ginkgo biloba for the knees, good for the brain too.
Ginko biloba is supposed to be great for memory if I remember right....haha maybe I need some ginko biloba . Unless I am remembering right =)
It improves blood flow and aids in the rebuilding of cartilage in the joints. At least it worked for me and yes it's good for your brain too.
