First, I would like to thank all you Pedes out there posting information to help people, especially the LC.org link. I was one of the lucky ones to get an acceptance.. for now.

Second, anyone that chooses to flame anyone for choosing this path as an option to keep a career that has had many years of hard work put into it to continue supporting their families can scroll on by. We all have our reasons, we all fight these mandates in our own way.

Being a very religious person, I have prayed about how to respond to [Your Company] COVID shot directive. Considering my pro-life and other sincerely held religious beliefs, as part of my prayers, I have asked God for direction regarding the current COVID vaccination and feel strongly at this time, that the Holy Spirit has moved my heart to not accept the COVID shot. I believe that my body is a temple of his Holy Spirit that belongs to God and should be treated with respect and dignity. To defile it is a sin against God.

I understand that the manufacturers of the COVID shots have used aborted fetal cell lines as part of their development and/or testing of these vaccines. (Links can be provided if requested)

My faith dictates that life is sacred to God, from conception, to birth, to natural death. My faith prohibits me from participating in an abortion, no matter how remote in time that abortion has occurred. “Thou shalt not … kill, nor do anything like unto it”.

As a faithful worshiper of God and Jesus Christ, I know the Holy Spirit lives in me, I believe God’s promise that “if anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally.” Jesus said the Holy Spirit will guide each person who repents of their sins and believes upon Him into all truth. For that reason, I am requesting a religious accommodation, under Title VII and any similar [YOUR] state law(s), that will excuse me from having to receive a COVID vaccine, and further request that no adverse employment action be taken against me on account of my religious beliefs.
